Cancellation Policy
At LUXLash Beauty Bar, I understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. To ensure efficient operations and respect for all parties involved, I have implemented a 48-hour cancellation policy. 48 hours or less will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the services booked, and 24 hours will result in a 100% cancellation fee. While I strive to be sincere and empathetic towards your circumstances, I also need to maintain a level of firmness with our policy.
I genuinely value your time and commitment, just as I value mine. I acknowledge that unforeseen situations can arise, and I sympathize with any difficulties you may encounter.
